We were pleasantly surprised by Paradise Beach Resort. The location was peaceful and secluded, perfect for a getaway. The resort offered a daily shuttle service to nearby attractions, making it easy to explore the area. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the food at the restaurant was delicious. The pool area was relaxing, and the beach access was a major plus. we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

There are two rooms to choose from. Lived in standard, old, but not critical. The plumbing in the room is normal. There was no interruptions in the water. I never pick on breakfast at all and I know exactly what to expect. But it's a very poor breakfast for a four-star hotel! A large number of unnecessary sweet cakes, a basic lack of bacon / sausages / ham, even in rice almost no vegetables, quite fresh, and lack of variety. Believe me, there's a lot to compare with. In the room is poor water supply, lack of pressure (ground floor), the water flowed a thin stream, which is very inconvenient, especially when the 4th to wash. Attentive staff and excellent service. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options. Our room was clean and well-maintained with daily amenities. The hotel had a free shuttle service and the location was peaceful. We thoroughly enjoyed the nearby restaurants and massages. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

It's a very relaxed place. Very easy to take things very easy. Friendly staff, decent food in the restaurants, lovely pools and tropical gardens.

The water temperature in the shower can be a bit on and off. It's pro and minus is that it is a little further away from Chewang - makes it nice and quiet and the shuttle bus is good, but if you are looking for nightlife this isn't the place for you.

We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious resort located right on the beach. The beautiful well-maintained gardens surrounding the hotel created a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The spacious and comfortable rooms exceeded our expectations, and the hotel staff were polite and unobtrusive. The resort offered two pools to choose from, as well as sun beds for lounging and enjoying the sun. The free WiFi was a bonus, and we really appreciated the Cafetière and coffee provided in our room. Additionally, the resort provided free water, which was a thoughtful touch.

Fantastic pool and beach bar/restaurant. Food was fantastic!Staff were excellent and did everything possible to help, including taking myself and my children to the local doctors surgery.

We rested in late July and early August. I'll tell you the wonderful staff there. We were constantly helped, from the postponement of accommodation to departure and early delivery of the car to the airport. A nice compliment from the hotel on the day of check-in, small gifts as soon as we learned we were on our honeymoon. Anyway, it felt like you knew these people a long time ago. You're gonna love it, too. And the room, the service and food in the restaurant and the transfer is free to the center and ordered tours. In general, we were satisfied and recommend this hotel to everyone.

I couldn't be more pleased with my stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making me feel at home. The hotel facilities were top-notch, I particularly enjoyed the multiple swimming pools and the lovely gardens. The location was perfect, near the beach and with a shuttle service to explore the city. And the breakfast was delicious with a variety of options.
